The responsibilities of each department

1.
General management division
Responsible for managing the administrative and public relations issues, enterprise management, human resources management, corporate culture construction, performance assessments, training of personnel, management of contracts, internal service quality control as well as the Party works.

2.
Finance & accounting division
Responsible for the management of accounting settlements with the contracted business customers at the group-level, management of provincial-level settlements, international "one stop shopping" services financial settlement management and the internal financial management.

3.
Market development division
Responsible for setting down marketing plans for the business customers and organizing the implementations; responsible for market development for the business customers as well as the application promotions; responsible for establishing industrial strategic cooperative relations with the business customers; setting up new beneficial and all-win commercial patterns; responsible for collecting market information and organizing; to bring forward the requirements for the business customers; producing a requirements report and submitting it to the support division.

4.
Customer relations division
Responsible for marketing directed to nationwide business customers and international operators; coordinating the support with nationwide business customers on their marketing; closely tailing after the requirements of the clients, and providing proposal advice, in due course running after, visiting, servicing and requesting for advice and undertaking implementations; responsible for the marketing and promotion of all kinds of businesses and solutions; organizing the implementations of the industry strategic cooperation for business customers; responsible for the management of customer relations resources and information.

5.
Services operation management division
Responsible for setting up and operating the nationwide three levels of business customer marketing service systems; mapping out the business management and production organizing methods for the business customers and organizing the implementation; mapping out all kinds of domestic and international business rules and regulations along with business processes for the business customers and organizing the implementations and optimization; responsible for building up and implementing the "one stop shopping" services, coordinating to solve the trans-provincial business and service requirements of the business customer; providing for the group customers with trans-provincial business calling centers services; dealing with and feedbacking customers' requests and appeals, running after and monitoring with the relative sectors to solve the problems.

6.
Technology support division
Responsible for setting up the technology support systems for the business customers and managing the operations; responsible for bringing forward solutions directed to business customer and their sub-markets, designing the product mix and packaged goods in accordance with the requirements of the customers and providing them with custom-built personalized services; do researches and bring out new products or new solutions; organizing the coordination of relative sectors to provide the clients with end-to-end integrated application solutions; provide pre-marketing support for the marketing services of the customers, provide with all kinds of technology supports and relative training for the marketing and service support personnel; responsible for the information technology support and maintenance for the nationwide business customer.
